Clear terms, written for people rather than lawyers.

Workshop reservations
A place is reserved when the booking system confirms it. Telephone bookings will be entered into the same system so all places are counted together.
Payment
Customers may choose to pay online or pay £25 when attending. Online payments will be handled by a secure payment provider.
Changes and refunds
At least 24 hours' notice allows a free move or full refund. Later cancellations are normally non-refundable, with fair discretion for exceptional circumstances.
Workshop suitability
The workshops provide practical help and learning. They do not guarantee that damaged hardware, inaccessible accounts or third-party services can always be repaired or recovered.
Respect and safety
Participants are expected to treat one another, the host and the home setting respectfully. A workshop may be ended or attendance refused where safety or serious disruption is involved.
