Cancel or reschedule
Plans change. Changing your booking should be easy.
The language and process are intended to reassure genuine customers while still protecting a very small workshop from fake or repeated bookings.
At least 24 hours before the workshop
You will be able to cancel immediately, move to another available workshop, or receive a full refund for an online payment.
Less than 24 hours before the workshop
Please still cancel or contact us so the place can be offered to somebody else. Online payments are normally non-refundable at this stage because a six-person place may be impossible to refill, but genuine circumstances will always be considered fairly.
Pay-on-arrival bookings
There is no automatic financial charge. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean that online payment is requested for a future booking.
When Tech & Talk cancels
Any online payment will be refunded in full, and everyone affected will be contacted.
