Information collected
The intended booking form collects a name, telephone number, optional email address, workshop choice, payment method and optional information about the device or problem.
Why it is used
The information is used to manage the workshop, confirm or change a reservation, take payment where selected, and contact the customer about that booking.
What is not requested
Tech & Talk will never ask for device passwords through the website booking form.
Retention and deletion
Appropriate retention periods will be set before launch so booking information is not kept indefinitely without a reason.
Third parties
Cloudflare will host the website and booking database. A payment provider will process online card payments. The final policy will identify those providers clearly.
